Meet Michael Madson
Michael Madson didnโt just fall into painting, he was born into the world of construction and real estate. Raised in a family of builders and developers, he spent his early years immersed in the trades. Later, while earning his degree in entrepreneurial business, with a side interest in architecture, at the University of Minnesota, he took on a job painting homes to help pay the bills. That job sparked something big.
Michael saw a massive gap in the painting industry; skilled tradespeople were everywhere, but professionalism, customer service, and long-term accountability were rare. So, he set out to change that. What started as a one-man operation and a way to fund global adventures has become one of Milwaukeeโs most trusted painting companies.
Today, Michael leads a team of passionate, principled craftspeople committed to raising the bar. He still believes in staying small enough to care and big enough to make a difference. And yes, he did write a 300-question test to find the right people.
